Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from various digital sources and pair consumers with suitable real estate agents
• Handle a high volume of follow-ups via text, calls, and email to maintain engagement with consumers and agents
• Analyze CRM and third-party data to assess lead qualification and match consumers with the best agents

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Coachability and eagerness to learn, including practicing call scripts and sales best practices
• Strong computer skills, including software navigation and data entry
• Results-oriented with the ability to set and achieve personal goals
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree and familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud
