Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and courteous responses
- Maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures while performing accurate data entry and logging information
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external partners, resolving issues and facilitating payment for healthcare services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service and call center experience required
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferred
- Medical terminology coursework is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
