Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and courteous responses
  • Maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures while performing accurate data entry and logging information
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external partners, resolving issues and facilitating payment for healthcare services


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service and call center experience required
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferred
  • Medical terminology coursework is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
