Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment
  • Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite
  • Access to a Static IP address via a hardwired internet connection
  • Must pass background and drug tests and adhere to the Remote Work Policy
