Job Summary
A company is looking for a SCA Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule medical and dental services while addressing customer inquiries and issues
- Conduct customer contacts related to health assessments and referrals
- Identify behavioral health situations and assist callers according to protocol
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of call center experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including every other Saturday
