Job Summary

A company is looking for a SCA Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule medical and dental services while addressing customer inquiries and issues
  • Conduct customer contacts related to health assessments and referrals
  • Identify behavioral health situations and assist callers according to protocol
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including every other Saturday
