Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a minimum of three consecutive years
• Successful completion of a technical competency assessment on a laptop or desktop
• Outstanding professional references from previous supervisors
• Ability to maintain a quiet, secure remote workspace
