Job Summary

A company is looking for Member & Provider Service Representatives to work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information and support to members and providers regarding health plans
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing various inquiries with adaptability
  • Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with team members to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of three consecutive years preferred
  • Completion of a technical competency assessment on a laptop or desktop is required
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is mandatory
  • Ability to work from a quiet, secure remote workspace with high-speed internet access
