Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide call center support and respond to written inquiries regarding TRICARE eligibility, benefits, and claims
  • Research and resolve complex inquiries while adhering to contractual requirements
  • Educate providers on billing requirements and maintain accurate customer service records
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions
  • Must live within the vicinity of Madison, WI campus location
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience in customer service (Call Center)
  • Ability to learn medical and insurance terminology
