Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide call center support and respond to written inquiries regarding TRICARE eligibility, benefits, and claims
- Research and resolve complex inquiries while adhering to contractual requirements
- Educate providers on billing requirements and maintain accurate customer service records
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions
- Must live within the vicinity of Madison, WI campus location
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience in customer service (Call Center)
- Ability to learn medical and insurance terminology
