Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative - Outbound Lab Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients while maintaining understanding of lab operations
- Resolve routine requests and complex inquiries using internal systems and procedures
- Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and performance while maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years' experience in a customer service role
- Reliable internet with a compatible provider (minimum 50 Mbps download speed)
- 1+ years' experience with software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
- HIPAA-compliant, distraction-free workspace
