Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients' customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and speed
  • Accurately document customer accounts in client systems
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service in a transaction-based environment
  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Flexibility in working schedule, including availability on weekends
  • Computer literacy with typing skills of at least 25 WPM, and ability to use multiple software systems
  • Must reside in specified states (TX, OK, Atlanta GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC)
