Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Explain billing statements, balances, and payment plans clearly and compassionately
Document interactions accurately in billing and patient management systems

Required Qualifications

Experience in a healthcare call center or customer-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Home internet required with a minimum of 20 mbps download/10 mbps upload speed
Proficient MS Office skills
Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret complex documents
