Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and schedule/reschedule appointments for C&P exams
  • Provide general support and assistance regarding the program process and Veteran-facing portal
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow established guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
