Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and schedule/reschedule appointments for C&P exams
- Provide general support and assistance regarding the program process and Veteran-facing portal
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow established guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
