Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Language: Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
