Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day and identify customer assistance needs
- Document required information and research complex issues across multiple databases
- Schedule appointments for patients and update demographic information
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of experience in a medical environment using phones and computers
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday during business hours
