Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day and identify customer assistance needs
  • Document required information and research complex issues across multiple databases
  • Schedule appointments for patients and update demographic information
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical environment using phones and computers
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday during business hours
