Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders and inquiries
  • Document issues and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Technology driven; experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems preferred
  • Document manipulation experience
  • Ability to transcribe information, investigate issues, and implement solutions
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
