Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment with patients/guarantors and respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare accounts
  • Meet or exceed performance objectives related to account resolution and collections
  • Maintain accurate documentation and perform routine tasks related to patient accounts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of experience in a call center or similar role within the healthcare revenue cycle
  • Expert knowledge of patient access services and the revenue cycle
  • Experience in handling high volumes of inbound or outbound calls
  • Understanding of medical collection terminology and compliance protocols
