Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding service issues and assist in troubleshooting and entering service requests
  • Gather and accurately enter information to ensure prompt resolution of service requests and educate clients and advisors on services
  • Process routine service transactions and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries via phone
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the minimum qualifications
  • Ability to explain policies or concepts clearly
  • Access to high-speed internet for remote agents
