Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding service issues and assist in troubleshooting and entering service requests
- Gather and accurately enter information to ensure prompt resolution of service requests and educate clients and advisors on services
- Process routine service transactions and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries via phone
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience required
- Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the minimum qualifications
- Ability to explain policies or concepts clearly
- Access to high-speed internet for remote agents
