Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Inbound Call Center (Remote U.S.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval
  • Interact with external partners and serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or call center environment
  • 2+ years of experience in telephonic customer service, including inbound and outbound call handling
  • Associates degree or higher is preferred
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with the health insurance industry is beneficial
