Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, chat, and email, processing orders and issuing credits and return authorizations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support the sales team by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of all reported issues while maintaining customer account information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience and/or two-year degree preferred
- Strong service mentality dedicated to satisfying the customer
- Exceptional math skills and product knowledge
- Order entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Lotus Notes
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
