Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone, chat, and email, processing orders and issuing credits and return authorizations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support the sales team by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Ensure timely resolution and closure of all reported issues while maintaining customer account information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience and/or two-year degree preferred
  • Strong service mentality dedicated to satisfying the customer
  • Exceptional math skills and product knowledge
  • Order entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Lotus Notes
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
