Job Summary

- Identify and prioritize caller needs, formulating plans of resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Utilize computer systems to track calls and document information accurately
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in a customer service related field preferred
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
