Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
- Resolve routine requests and complex inquiries using internal systems and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and CRM data in compliance with HIPAA
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years' experience in a customer service role
- Reliable internet with a compatible provider (minimum 50 Mbps download speed)
- 1+ years' experience with software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently
