Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Resupply.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of patient database and billing systems while entering patient information accurately
• Obtains and verifies patient demographic and insurance information, collecting co-pays as necessary
• Schedules set-ups and interacts professionally with patients, physicians, and co-workers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Knowledge of Medicare and insurance regulations
• Ability to read and understand medical documentation
• Experience with computer equipment and office management
• Ability to work during normal business hours, Monday through Friday
