Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and process requests in a timely manner
- Research customer issues and provide workable solutions, including scheduling appointments and handling insurance questions
- Build customer trust and confidence while learning new products and projects
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment
- General knowledge of Windows PC and Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible with work schedule
- Able to provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
