Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison for Service Contract items between customers, Sales Reps, Finance, and Service Product Manager
  • Investigate and resolve Service and Repair issues, including pricing, billing, and contract renewals
  • Coordinate with Finance and cross-divisional teams to ensure accurate processing of service contracts and billing
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years related experience or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred
  • Basic understanding of repair department processes
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively
