Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison for Service Contract items between customers, Sales Reps, Finance, and Service Product Manager
- Investigate and resolve Service and Repair issues, including pricing, billing, and contract renewals
- Coordinate with Finance and cross-divisional teams to ensure accurate processing of service contracts and billing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years related experience or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred
- Basic understanding of repair department processes
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively
