- Monitor daily errors and manage adjustments related to electronic invoicing
- Coordinate with EDICOM for proper archiving of invoices and support reporting activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Familiarity with electronic invoicing processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using invoicing or accounting software
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
