  • Monitor daily errors and manage adjustments related to electronic invoicing
  • Coordinate with EDICOM for proper archiving of invoices and support reporting activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Familiarity with electronic invoicing processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using invoicing or accounting software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
