Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients in a professional manner
  • Provide updates to borrowers regarding loan status and assist with document requests
  • Support Loan Officers and Processors with administrative tasks and maintain accurate client records

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
