Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients in a professional manner
- Provide updates to borrowers regarding loan status and assist with document requests
- Support Loan Officers and Processors with administrative tasks and maintain accurate client records
Required Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred
