Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for handling inbound calls and providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and categorize 100 to 150 inbound calls from clients according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures relevant to customer service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficient in data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
