Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for handling inbound calls and providing customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and categorize 100 to 150 inbound calls from clients according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures relevant to customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficient in data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 35 WPM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
