Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain customer satisfaction by formulating resolution plans and collaborating with other teams
- Educate callers on program benefits and accurately document information using computer tools
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in a customer service related field preferred
- Medical records experience and knowledge of valid ROI requests
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations preferred
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
