Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from members and providers, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by formulating resolution plans and collaborating with other teams
  • Educate callers on program benefits and accurately document information using computer tools


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in a customer service related field preferred
  • Medical records experience and knowledge of valid ROI requests
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations preferred
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
