Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional consumer experiences for luxury products and manage inbound calls and emails
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or technical issues while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
  • Document consumer interactions accurately and meet performance standards related to call quality and productivity


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment
  • Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English and French is a plus
