Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional consumer experiences for luxury products and manage inbound calls and emails
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or technical issues while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
- Document consumer interactions accurately and meet performance standards related to call quality and productivity
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment
- Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to communicate in English and French is a plus
