Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (11:30am-8:00pm EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to claimants, providers, and clients regarding claims and policies via telephone or correspondence
- Maintain customer service logs and process incoming client correspondence
- Meet or exceed production goals for calls and correspondence, including a daily target of 80 combined interactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED, with two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Proven ability to communicate bilingually (English/Spanish preferred)
- Proficient typing skills with minimal error count
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to interpret and apply provisions of manuals and medical terminology
