Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (11:30am-8:00pm EST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to claimants, providers, and clients regarding claims and policies via telephone or correspondence
  • Maintain customer service logs and process incoming client correspondence
  • Meet or exceed production goals for calls and correspondence, including a daily target of 80 combined interactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED, with two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Proven ability to communicate bilingually (English/Spanish preferred)
  • Proficient typing skills with minimal error count
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to interpret and apply provisions of manuals and medical terminology
