Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative to assist customers with plumbing product support.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries and perform product diagnosis
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and installation guidance to customers and trade professionals
• Utilize various customer care technologies and track orders while maintaining customer satisfaction metrics

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience desired
• Previous computer experience is necessary
• Experience in a call center environment preferred
• Completion of internal Brand Ambassador Program required
