Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide quality service in a high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claim status, and other related topics
  • Navigate multiple system applications to accurately address inquiries and document actions taken
  • Complete a 4-6 week paid training program and work rotating shifts, including weekends
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment
  • Experience using MS Excel/Word and adapting to various system platforms
  • Must have a private, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet
