Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide quality service in a high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claim status, and other related topics
- Navigate multiple system applications to accurately address inquiries and document actions taken
- Complete a 4-6 week paid training program and work rotating shifts, including weekends
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment
- Experience using MS Excel/Word and adapting to various system platforms
- Must have a private, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet
