- Answer incoming calls and respond to incoming emails
- Attend screen share calls with clients and regular meetings to discuss areas of improvement
- Assist clients with questions and resolutions while aligning expectations with the service
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work remotely and remain on task
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Access to a private and secure workspace free from distractions
- Internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up
