Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality service by responding to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries from employees, providers, and clients in a high-volume call center
  • Navigate multiple systems and document inquiries and actions taken accurately while adhering to company guidelines
  • Complete a 4-6 week paid training program and work rotating shifts, including weekends
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment
  • Must possess strong reasoning and analytical skills to resolve customer issues quickly and accurately
  • Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
