Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide assistance to customers through phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily and identify customer needs
- Research complex issues across multiple databases and resolve customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments for patients and maintain accurate records in computer systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems
- 1+ years of experience in a medical environment using phones and computers
- Knowledge of medical terminology
