Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide assistance to customers through phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily and identify customer needs
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and resolve customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for patients and maintain accurate records in computer systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical environment using phones and computers
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
