Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their remote call center team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from members regarding benefits, claims, billing, and coverage
  • Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document all interactions in internal systems and collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM
  • Must have cable or fiber internet directly connected to the router
