Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries and provide support in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns, averaging 50-60 calls per day
  • Provide detailed notes and follow-up information in the CRM during each call
  • Research and respond to inquiries using internal systems and software programs
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role
  • Previous call center and/or healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and web-based applications
  • High-speed home internet connection and a private workspace free from distractions
