Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries and provide support in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns, averaging 50-60 calls per day
- Provide detailed notes and follow-up information in the CRM during each call
- Research and respond to inquiries using internal systems and software programs
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous call center and/or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and web-based applications
- High-speed home internet connection and a private workspace free from distractions
