Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Surge Representative - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve inquiries from custodial and non-custodial parents, legal representatives, and state officials regarding child support services
  • Conduct case research, execute financial assessments, and assist with paternity and case initiation
  • Document actions within the state's system and provide updates to customers on ongoing incidents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or call center technology
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows programs
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must reside in San Antonio, TX for consideration
