Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Surge Representative - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve inquiries from custodial and non-custodial parents, legal representatives, and state officials regarding child support services
- Conduct case research, execute financial assessments, and assist with paternity and case initiation
- Document actions within the state's system and provide updates to customers on ongoing incidents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or call center technology
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows programs
- Must be fluent in English
- Must reside in San Antonio, TX for consideration
