Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer communications and inquiries while collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming orders and return requests accurately for U.S. and International customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries through multiple communication channels
  • Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure timely order processing and case resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred with 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of experience in answering inbound and executing outbound calls
  • 1+ year of experience in comparative data review
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes
