Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer communications and inquiries while collaborating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders and return requests accurately for U.S. and International customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries through multiple communication channels
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure timely order processing and case resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred with 2 years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of experience in answering inbound and executing outbound calls
- 1+ year of experience in comparative data review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes
