Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Temp (US, Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries regarding service dates, disputed charges, and agent performance
• Document all customer interactions and provide timely updates during the moving process
• Investigate and adjudicate inconvenience claims in accordance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service environment
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented and manage time effectively
