Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to provide support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and accurate information
- Assist individuals with program enrollment, paperwork, and understanding program requirements
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls and professional handling of inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of customer support experience, preferably in a call center
- Working knowledge of modern office procedures and methods
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and web-based documentation
- Bilingual skills and experience with CRM or Medicaid are a plus
