Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to provide support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and accurate information
  • Assist individuals with program enrollment, paperwork, and understanding program requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls and professional handling of inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year of customer support experience, preferably in a call center
  • Working knowledge of modern office procedures and methods
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and web-based documentation
  • Bilingual skills and experience with CRM or Medicaid are a plus
