Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist healthcare providers and members with inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and members to identify their needs
  • Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
  • Document required information and meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
