Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist healthcare providers and members with inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and members to identify their needs
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
- Document required information and meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
