Job Summary
A company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound and outbound calls from members of clients' gyms
- Respond to customer questions accurately and timely, following established policies
- Document customer interactions using in-house software
Required Qualifications
- Must commit to a set schedule with a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- 1+ year experience in a call center customer service environment (preferred)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Willing to work 10:30am - 7pm Mountain Time
- Positive attitude and a team player with a willingness to learn and grow
