Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound and outbound calls from members of clients' gyms
  • Respond to customer questions accurately and timely, following established policies
  • Document customer interactions using in-house software
Required Qualifications
  • Must commit to a set schedule with a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
  • 1+ year experience in a call center customer service environment (preferred)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Willing to work 10:30am - 7pm Mountain Time
  • Positive attitude and a team player with a willingness to learn and grow
