Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

  • Communicate with partner labs to manage sample and document requests and coordinate shipping
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer retention and turnaround time goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with laboratory employees and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree in Biological Sciences or similar, preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients via phone and email
  • Highly organized with the ability to complete tasks accurately
  • Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes
