Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

- Communicate with partner labs to manage sample and document requests and coordinate shipping
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer retention and turnaround time goals
- Build and maintain relationships with laboratory employees and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree in Biological Sciences or similar, preferred
- Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients via phone and email
- Highly organized with the ability to complete tasks accurately
- Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes
