Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide efficient service to customers and staff while adhering to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and service calls professionally and efficiently

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

- Prior experience in consumer/mortgage lending or banking is strongly preferred

- Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office applications required
