Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide efficient service to customers and staff while adhering to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and service calls professionally and efficiently
  • Build rapport with customers and address their needs and concerns
  • Provide accurate information to resolve issues and follow up as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred with a minimum of two years in a high-volume customer service role
  • Prior experience in consumer/mortgage lending or banking is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in an emotionally demanding role with professionalism
  • Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office applications required
