Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Administrator to work in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
  • Update accounts with new client information and communicate escalated issues as needed
  • Facilitate successful recovery of assigned collateral using a centralized Dashboard
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of Customer Service and Account Management experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
  • Experience with G-Suite and MS Office applications
