Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative III to assist customers and resolve their concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns
- Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested
- Document customer complaints and ensure accurate trip data entry
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Two or more years of contact center or customer service experience preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted
- Ability to accurately type at least 35 words per minute
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
