Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative III to assist customers and resolve their concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns
  • Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested
  • Document customer complaints and ensure accurate trip data entry
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Two or more years of contact center or customer service experience preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted
  • Ability to accurately type at least 35 words per minute
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
