Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving concerns with empathy
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and customization
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM and identify opportunities for improving customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a premium brand
  • Familiarity with technology and eCommerce
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
