Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving concerns with empathy
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and customization
- Document customer interactions in the CRM and identify opportunities for improving customer experience
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a premium brand
- Familiarity with technology and eCommerce
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
