Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - 1st Shift (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service related to sales, installations, and communications
• Ensure accuracy of purchase order entries and validate incoming product usage cases
• Maintain records of customer interactions and provide proactive updates on order status

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Preferred experience as an account representative; familiarity with Oracle or SAP
