Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from patients, insurance companies, and physician offices
- Respond to patient inquiries and complaints regarding billing, claims, and payments
- Document customer interactions and maintain confidentiality while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; associate degree in business administration preferred
- Two years of collection experience preferred or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred
- Proficiency in using IDX practice management system is required
- Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, and ASA codes is preferred
