Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from patients, insurance companies, and physician offices
  • Respond to patient inquiries and complaints regarding billing, claims, and payments
  • Document customer interactions and maintain confidentiality while ensuring customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent; associate degree in business administration preferred
  • Two years of collection experience preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred
  • Proficiency in using IDX practice management system is required
  • Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, and ASA codes is preferred
