Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage SAP and CRM systems to manage complex order lifecycles and resolve escalations
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other teams to ensure customer issue resolution
- Recommend solutions for customer requests and manage end-to-end handling of those requests
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in a complex environment

- Knowledge of production capability, scheduling, and resource management
